The T600 video card must have not left any bandwidth or address space on the bus, so the entire PC bricked, no sign of life and no response to the power button. I thought I finally overloaded the 300W power supply, but thankfully I checked the PS out of the PC, and it worked. Taking all the expansion cards out, removing the BIOS battery and resetting the BIOS fixed the contention, and I was able to boot the PC and add cards back in one at a time. Once on its own, non-shared PCIe slot the card performed flawlessly. I haven't tested it to full bandwidth limit but it is maintaining 60 Mbps 24/7 on one port, while the other is used for LAN activities and shows no sign of being slow.Windows 10 didn't need any additional drivers.
