These caps are lightweight, thin and bright. I wanted them to make a walker visible. They do that job and they are good for walking as they do not make you sweat They would not be good to keep you warm especially if it was windy unless you wear another layer over them. They may be good for wearing a safety helmet

They are great to use under blue light. They are real neon color. I used them for a neon GLOW party.

These are great for running out and keeping your head warm, I walk early so I can be seen with them on my head.
