Q: Can I drill additional holes to the Acrylic board? Will it break?

IF! one uses a Step Drill bit, YES, one can drill Acrylic.

Q: Will heavy duty command strips hold these rather than drilling holes?

It should be you will be able to see the strips through the acrylic

Q: Want to hang on a window to display light weight xmas decorations. can i use some command strips in place of the screws?

I don't suggest it but I used Gorilla Clear Glue, 3.75 ounce Bottle, Clear to glue it permanently on a sliding glass door. It is very strong: I put my coffee and small breakfast plate while standing , eating and watching outside. It is un-noticeable clear when there is noting on it. I love it and will keep it forever. It will not be easy to remove it though.

Q: Does it have a hole for cords?

No it doesn’t only holes for screws
