What song does the Angel & Pigeon play?

I did not order this but what I had was a mother and son music box and it was playing a Dumbo theme song.

Is this an actual music box? Or just a figurine that plays music?

You have to turn it clockwise or counter clockwise and as it goes back, it plays music.
