Loved this first set of cards so much, that I ordered all three levels, and I am not disappointed. Unlike some other sight word cards these provide the user with a word on the front and a sentence using the word on the back, which gives the user a better understanding of the word. These are great. My daughter has completed Level 1 and is working her way through level 2 and she's only in Kinder. The great thing about these cards is that she not only reads the words on the front, but she reads the sentences on the back. They have really given her confidence in her reading and sounding words out.

I am impressed with the quality of the flashcards. I have many of this whole series and appreciate the design and ease of use. They are great for kids to learn with and I have used this and other flashcards from this company to help with students that are learning English as an extra language.

My son is in kindergarten and I decided to buy these flash cards to help him recognize more words. I think it helps that he already understands that he needs to sound out the beginning sound then middle, then last and finally put the sounds together. He loves going over the cards so much that he asks to "play" ;) them every night. These probably won't help if your child has no interest in learning to read yet. I like that there is a sentence with the word on the back of each card which allows them practice using the word in a sentence. Soon we'll be purchasing the next level.

We love that the words are big and easy to read. The sentences on the back are a nice way for the kids to practice reading.

Use them daily and they have been good

Great cards! Durable, easy to read, awesome first words selection. I am in the process of teaching my 4 year old to read and he clearly understands each card. It doesn’t have all the colors and distractions— which I love!

These cards are solid; however, since I'm on-line now I don't use the cards as much. I wish this company had an on-line option for these cards.
