This has worked wonderfully for the traction need for my thoracic outlet syndrome

This neck brace would be amazing, however, the Velcro is the worst I have ever seen. After using it for less than eight weeks, the Velcro will barely hold. I am trying to see how I can make a modification of it to make sure this hundred dollar neck braces still usable after three months. Very disappointing.

This is a well thought out unit with some helpful adjustments for comfort and for really making a rigid type brace. There is an air pump built in to really fine tuneThe flaw is a strip of cheap hook and loop that doesn't hold the 2 sides together,making the unit hard to use as it keeps loosening. Maybe your unit will hold better. As of 3 weeks of use this is what happened to mine.

Not good for small stature

Was in search of a cervical spine device to stretch my neck to help with my traction to relieve the discomfort associated with my neck/spine issue. This neck brace is fairly easy to put together and use. I've used about 15 mins a day and definitely can feel the extensions where it stretches. I wasn't expecting a 100% cure to my issue but it does give me ease to my pain. I am aware that this is going to be a long process with other needed treatments by professionals. Hope to get rid of my chronic pain with the help of this stretcher.

Worked fine for one week, then the cheap plastic adjustment knob broke, and the chin support cradle fell off. Am returning this product.
