I bought this as a gift for someone else, so I have not used it extensively.Most of us are not good at planning time to clear snow and ice off our car and still be on time for work so the quicker and easier a scraper / sweeper works, the better. This sweeper has significant reach - almost 4 feet - but it does take a minute or so to assemble. It must be completely disassembled to fit in the storage bag. It is a bit awkward to store the fully assembled product in most vehicles. The brush does swivel 90 degrees to switch from sweeping to pushing snow off the car - this is a nice feature.For many, it may be more convenient and quicker to use either the scraper or the brush independently as needed without taking the time to fully assemble the entire unit.

I have always struggled cleaning off my car adequately, so when I discovered that something like this existed I knew I had to buy it. I’m now able to fully remove the snow without working nearly as hard. The quality of the pieces are impressive as well, I can see this lasting me a long time. Definitely worth a buy!

I purchased this last year. Mainly to brush the snow off the car. I generally only use one attachment (so not the full length), it works well. The window scraper is pretty bad, as it only scrapes about half the scraper width.The problem was this year, I got two feet of snow in less than 12 hours. Once there was a break, I went outside to knock off the snow, using this brush, so I could start shoveling.The second sweep and the handle bent in half. I know the construction isn't super strong but it bent in half...now it's unusable. (I tried using it a few more times but where the handle bent, became sharp, and let's say it's good my hand was cold).I ended up getting my broom to knock off the snow (which did a much better job). Save your money and get a broom, then you can use it all year round too.Update March 2023.I'm pleased to say that someone from the company reached out to me. They offered to send a replacement (or possibly a refund, still waiting).Customer service is very important, and I wanted to update my review because of this. I still am giving them three stars, but only because the item bent in half.Knowing this, especially if you don't get feet of snow, this scraper could be the perfect item for you. The company behind it cares about their product and that is a win in my book.

I bought this product to prepared for the winter season. This will be my first year experiencing winter in the east coast so I decided to get some snow supplies for my car. When I received my brush, the brush looked used as well as the gloves. I expected to be sent a NEW and unused product for the price but instead received a used product.Update: I was able to get in contact with customer service and they were able to communicate where the mix up was. Amazon is the one who shipped me the used items. We even tried sending me another but the same thing happened. The company themselves were not responsible. Customer service from JOYTUTUS have been very helpful and responsive! I have been given a full refund. Thank you!! More stars because the customer service team has been great in helping solve this matter.

Since it is adjustable, it’s very easy for it to put together but taking it apart hurts because your finger gets caught in the hole and you need to put full force on it or it’s staying together (it’s good if you don’t need to adjust because it’s very stable).

This is a great product especially if you are short like myself! It makes it super easy to clean off the car in the morning. I’m short so I struggle to reach the top of my truck or just reaching across the windshield but this does the job! One swipe across is all it takes and I get the whole windshield. This brush is awesome. I wish I would have ordered this sooner in the winter season! You won’t regret it at all. Especially when it’s heavier snow or just a lot of accumulation on your car.

I was surprised how many tools you get in this kit. The snow broom goes together easily. I haven't had any snow to test it on yet. I have used the ice scraper though. It's as good as any other plastic ice scraper. It worked. The kit even included some gloves with little rubber grips to help you hold onto the tools in the cold. I was surprised how handy that was.

I bought this tool after a big snow day in December but did not have a chance to use it until yesterday. The ice scrapper head broke after only couples strokes.Update: After first review, the seller quickly reached out to me and suggested a replacement even it's over warranty time limit. This is exceed my expectation. I accepted the offer and they sent a replacement right away. Very impress with the customer services. Thank you.

The third time I went to use the ice scraper it broke at the handle. Poor design and not worth the money. After they contacted me and refunded the full purchase price I have increased my rating, since they keep asking me to.

The product works well for normal snow fall.

ETA: I am updating to a 3* simply because they had good customer service and were prompt at refunding my purchase/offering a replacement. I do not appreciate, however, being hounded for a 5* review when the product wasn't 5*.The scraper on this was absolutely useless. It would only scrape on the edges (not a flat line) so getting the frost off is impossible and time consuming. I tried all 3 parts of the triangle with no luck. I ended up just frankenstein’ing my old broken one’s still functional scraper to this one.Update: The seller offered me a refund, which I appreciate. 5 ⭐️ for their service!

Plastic was too brittle on cold weather breaks and falls apart in use.Update.Manufacturer stood behind their product.Sent me a full refund right away.Really respect that and they were easy to deal with.

I had an issue with this product and the company promptly offered me a refund or a new unit.
