By far the best Ashwaganda gummies I've tried. The calming effect was perfect. They taste great and are not sticky when you get them out of the jar. Highly recommend.

Love these gummies, have been consistently taking these for 6 months and sleep has never been so good! You stay sleeping and it definitely helps you relax. I personally like the flavor but they do have a slight bitter after taste. Does not bother me, love that they are gummies. Almost like a treat!
