Top notch quality
I’ve been using it for the past two weeks & it exceeded my expectations on its performance in any given situation. With all metal construction it’s very sturdy, with robust mechanical actions of blades, and very practical to work with. I have milwaukee fast-back Utility knife/ blade but this is way better quality. The only DOWNSIDE is the inability to change the drywall blade/ hacksaw blade: it’s fixed and once dull, it will render futile: overall for the value in its quality & functionality exceeds the price I paid for. Highly recommended.

Doesn't Open and No Customer Service
I closed my knife after receiving it. Since then, it does not open. I wrote to the seller and the company. The seller did not respond and the company wrote back AFTER 10 days and told me I need to flick my wrist!!!So, now I have a broken and useless item. Don't buy this and beware o f seller

Came in an open box with blade missing
Product is great however it came in an open box with the blade removed.
