This is an excellent in-home product that is very simple and safe to use. It works on home wi-fi and can be used with multiple receivers on different floors so the caregiver will never miss a call for assistance. The seller is excellent as is the product, and the product support is 5-star. I’m happy to recommend this seller and product if you are a caregiver or family member looking for peace of mind.

Have been using this product for several months now and it works perfectly. I have one set up as the front doorbell and my father wears the other one. They can be programmed to hav different rings. The Alarm is very loud and clear and works even though 2 stories separate us. Makes life so much easier and reduces stress and worry knowing that all he has to do is push a button and I can be there.

This has helped so much and also been a life saver my brother got home after a 8 month hospital stay is now in wheelchair part time learning to walk again and he has fell few time also needed help with few things middle of the night and has rang them and we have been able to help right away we are very greatful for these.
