odd fitting

A similar lounge pants from other brand fits to nice and comfortably. This one is tight around groin area.Stitching is coming out after couple of washing. Regret i bought it;

Cloth used and fittings ok,the only thing dent it's rating is elastic used in waist extremely bad seems chineese elastic, otherwise product is nice.product company should use quality elastic.
