I've been pleased with the results from taking this creatine. It is a bit of an adjustment if you take it plain in water. It does dissolve in warm drinks with minimal taste. Overall I strongly recommend it if you're planning to take creatine. Do your research, you might want to take 10 g (2 scoops) instead of 5g to get peak performance.

first time using this product and currently doing a loading phase and on day one of the 20 gram intake and i will say day one of my workout the length i was able to push myself the amount of sets i was able to do more then previously. i will definitely say it does lessen fatigue and get the extra several pushes in. im aware of the digestive issues when in the loading phases and any kidney issues. only digestive discomfort i have had is upset stomach but well documented for the loading phases of stomach issues and etc. but overall very satisfied with product.

For months, I have been mixing a daily cocktail of Cardio Miracle and Codeage Liposomal Creatine. I thought nothing of it at first, but in short time, the influence of the creatine was obvious. It produces a sort of mini-pump to my muscles and makes me feel as if I've been lifting - whether I've lifted or not. If I don't use it for 3 or 4 days, the effect goes away. I bought a decent USB-chargeable mixer and the powder seems to mix well enough in 16 oz of water, along with the Cardio Miracle. Most recently, I've added Codeage collagen peptides. Amazingly, all three of these powders seem to mix well. Other than that, I've taken many forms of creatine in the past, but none were liposomal. I never experienced the mini pump/fullness that I've attained with this product. Most of the time, I'd simply retained water and just felt heavy. The only side effect is the reduced range of motion when the fullness is at max. ** 5 Months later: Creatine Monohydrate ought to provide the benefit of reducing muscle loss while fasting and/or greatly reducing food intake. I've been engaged in a fat loss protocol with GLP-1 / peptides and after losing 30 pounds and getting very close to an ideal weight, I am convinced that this product did what it was supposed to do. Very happy to be thinner but not looking skinny and deflated.

Best creatine on the market by far, I have never found one that does not immediately make me sooo bloated but this one doesn’t make me bloat whatsoever or give me any stomach problems. LOVE IT!!!

To my disgust opened a new bottle to find these tan clumps that look like larvae or some type of contamination?
