Discrepancy in Order: Inadequate Packaging and Product Quality
The packaging is inadequate, and the product does not match the description. According to my order, it was supposed to be 10 masks in a pack, but instead, I received loose masks in a single box with damaged packaging.

3 out of 10 masks had the same problem. straps were not upto the mark. Stuck up with each other due to which mask gets wasted.
