Perfect Hose for Dehumidifier - Long, Sturdy, and Leak-Free!
I recently purchased this dehumidifier hose for my basement setup. Since I prefer not to go down there frequently, I needed a reliable solution for automatic water drainage, eliminating the need to empty buckets.This hose has been the perfect solution. Its length was ideal for reaching my basement drain, and after several months of use, I've experienced no leaks whatsoever. Works For My Drill Water Pump
Bought to use for drill water pump. Works for that. Probably not worth it but if you need it and Amazon is the answer then I'd say this is a good option. Little stiff.

Will It Leak or Not?- Updated
My hose leaked. From the reviews it seems like a flip of a coin decides whether you get a good hose or not. It does not come with a typical hose gasket so that’s probably why it leaks. I can’t decide if I should purchase again and hope for a good one or buy hose gaskets on Amazon that cost as much as the hose for some reason.Update- ordered gaskets and it fixed the problem right up. It no longer leaks. AND I ORDERED IT AGAIN- just to see what would happen. The 2nd one actually came with the gasket needed to stop leaks. So- all is good.

Works as Advertised
If you are looking to move from the routine of dumping dehumidifier buckets every so often to running the dehumidifier hands-off, this is an easy modification. Screw the hose on and run it to a lower drain point. The hose came in the correct length and the brass fitting joined right to the Frigidaire unit we had.

iF YOU DO NOT NEED IT, YOU GET IT ANYHOW, AND IT IS SHIPPED SERARATELY, WITH NO WAY TO STOP IT. WHY PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU WILL NEVER USE, BUT NO WAY TO DELETE THAT FROM ORDER.THE HOSE MAY BE 5 STAR, BUT NOT IF YOU THROW IT AWAY, OR STORE FOR SOME DAY. NO DRAIN WITHIN OVER 60 FEET. WILL DUMP WHEN FULL.
