Only used twice Eye insert fallen out .
The media could not be loaded. Not fit for purpose 2nd from top eye insert missing only used twice. I Trust Amazon will contact me to arrange rectify fault.

the rod has come the box was all smashed in the eyes on the rod are all coming off the rod not very happy!!!

Great product, minimal packaging.
Quality piece of kit and very happy with it but....Half of the reviews complain about packaging and nothing has changed.Mine all arrived in once piece so no problem for me but you might be unlucky.

Very poor packaging
The rod is fine but the bail arm on the reel was bent. Very poorly packaged by Amazon resulting in damage to reel.

Articolo arrivato prima del previstoPeccato manchi il pezzo sopra della canna e la canna presenta qualche leggero segnettino…Mulinello appeso così alla canna con due facsette volanti.Sono un pescatore professionista e conosco molte bene il marchio pennVisto che tratto molto la sua roba.E credetemi mai manderebbe una canna senza involucro di protezione e un mulinello senza scatola con le varie caratteristiche.Il prodotto in se è buono sia di qualità che di affidabilita e prezzo…Peccato per la mancata cura di tutto da parte di Amazon.Ora mi trovo a fare un reso a mie spese per una loro mancanza.E riordinare il tutto.Sperando arrivi tutto ed intero…Non consiglio di acquistare questo articolo finché Amazon non prenda in considerazione la seriatà del marchio e la spedizione del tutto come si deve.In più dopo un giorno dal reso il prezzo è salito di 20€…Amazon sempre più pessimo e scadente…

Schlechter Versand, beschädigter Artikel
Zuerst das Gute:Die Combo entspricht den Erwartungen. Aussehen und Haptik sind in Ordnung.Die Rolle hätte allerdings durchaus etwas mehr Fett vertragen können und die Aussparungen an der Spule sind von innen nicht entgratet.Was wirklich sehr schlecht ist, ist der Versand. Schaut man sich Rezensionen hier oder auf bekannten Videoportalen an, wird schnell klar, dass ich da kein Einzelfall bin.Die Verpackung bietet nicht ausreichend Schutz und die Rolle „hängt“ einfach an der Rute, anstatt in einem eigenen Karton geliefert zu werden, was einer solchen Marke unwürdig ist. Auch keine Schutzhülle für die Rute liegt der Lieferung bei, was ich ebenfalls bei einer Markenrute für selbstverständlich erachte.Der Karton war aufgeschnitten (siehe 1 Foto) und der erste, große Rutenring ist verbogen. Zudem ist der EVA- Handgriff durch Einkerbungen beschädigt (siehe 2 Foto) .Da ich keine Lust auf die Retourennummer habe, ich die Rute nun brauche und ich diese Fehler mit etwas handwerklichen Geschick ausbessern könnte, überlege ich den Artikel zu behalten.Ich fände es aber richtig wenn der Händler sich bei einer solchen Lieferung kulant zeigen würde und einen Preisnachlass o.ä. anbieten würde, da hier nicht von der adäquaten Zustellung eines neuwertigen Produktes die Rede sein kann.

Pessima spedizione, il pacco tutto rovinato
Si tratta di una canna da pesca un oggetto molto delicato non si può trattare in questo modo si sono storti tutti i anelli, la canna in se e un ottimo prodotto qualità prezzo eccezionale ma non e da comprare su amazon ma su un negozio di persona
