Botepon Kayak Navigation Lights
I really like these lights for our kayaks. They say they are waterproof(when taping the opening to charge them closed). & so far they seem like they are. We haven't submerged them or dropped them in the water(yet). & hopefully we don't. We've been really careful not to do so. But sometimes accidents happen. Hopefully, that won't happen though. But that's not recommended either. They last us several hours for our kayaks when its starting to get dark & after its dark. Which is usually about 3-4 hours or so. I'm sure they last longer. But we usually don't stay in the water much after it gets completely dark out. They charge pretty quickly via usb. Which I really like not having to keep buying batteries(that gets expensive). They are very bright & reflect off the water to make it even more noticeable. There are a few settings, steady on, flashing slow & fast(if you need help), I believe & then off. I like that you can change the direction of the light by turning them. They are attached by rubber straps, which is nice. Overall, we really like these lights. They seem pretty well built. & so far they've lasted most of this summer into fall. Hopefully, we'll be able to get many years use out of them. Everything comes with them(the charging cords for each light, even electrical tape to tape the usb port that has a cover, closed to make them waterproof), as well as the lights themselves & straps to attach them. I like that they are waterproof so you don't have to worry about water splashing on them ruining them or having to put them in another type of waterproof enclosure. We really really like these. They are very easy to charge & use! & have worked very well for us for our kayaks.

Perfect for kayak
I love to catfish at night. These are perfect and keeps me lit up enough to stay safe from boaters or anything else.

Versatile use for multiple activities
I highly recommend these navigation lights to anyone looking effective lighting for their kayak or SUP. They offer great visibility, easy to install and provide peace of mind while paddling at night. I love that they’re battery-operated and last a long time. Here’s where I have some reservations. While the lights are marketed as waterproof, the charging port has a plastic cap that doesn’t seem very secure or waterproof. The lights came with some tape, which I used to further secure the charging port and it can become a hassle to tape and retape every time. Find a solution.

They work, but are probably not reliable for use on the water
Looking at how they are constructed and the fact it comes with tape tells me that it's definitely not rated correctly for waterproofing if they don't trust it enough to NOT include tape to seal the edges... While I don't think any problems will occur with splashing them, definitely don't let these be your only means of lighting for reliability. They are definitely bright enough and the batteries last for the duration of an outing.

LIT BABY
Love to go night fishing! These lights are bright! You can see them far away which makes me feel safe knowing other boaters can see us from a distance before they get right up on you. So far they seem very sturdy and water resistant. I love the whistle they included. Little whistle carries a powerful punch out there on the water! Overall a great product. I have 3 Kayaks and I plan on purchasing one more. Let's get lit!

Did not ship with all chargers / not really waterproof
I received the product and it was missing 1 of the chargers. (reading the reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to) I am unable to contact the seller directly and I don't want to ship the whole thing back just for 1 out of 4 chargers missing. Also, the "waterproof" part is only if you put the supplied tape over the charging port every time after you charge it.Other than that, the lights all work and appear to be pretty bright. I have not run them enough to attest to battery life.

Mostly good Little lights
We live at a marina and it’s getting to be that time of year where we need lights on our paddleboards/kayaks. These definitely fit the bill for an early morning paddle out into the bay and we could easily see each other from a few 100 feet apart. My only complaint is that the rubber gasket that covers the charging port is very easily pulled all the way out and then nearly impossible to push back in. I know a lot of people complain about the need for tape/waterproofness, but at this price point I wouldn’t expect them to be 100% waterproof. They have gotten a light/brief rinse, but I have been careful to not submerge them and probably wouldn’t use them in the rain. They did come with 4 charging cables, but unlike others, I honestly wish they hadn’t. We have SO many cables and because I bought 2 sets, I now have 8 more cables to manage. All in all, I am happy with my purchase, but they are definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.”
