Our contractor has been trying to keep this thing from leaking all day since install. Also, what is pictured is not what you get. The wood toilet seat and lid are not included, you get the privelege of buying those separately. What is included is a cheap white plastic seat and lid. Wish we had been able to unbox and install right after delivery. Would have sent back

This toilet is extremely noisy when you flush it. When we contacted the company, their response was “there is no way to adjust the noise level from the flush “. In addition, we have had leaks from fittings that were not properly tightened at the factory. The description states “vitreous china's toilet “ yet inside the wooden wall mounted tank is a cheap plastic tank. This tank came with openings that were below the overfill tube. If the filler valve did not shut off properly, the water would have run out onto the floor instead of out the overfill tube.This toilet is nice looking but poorly designed and constructed.

The 3 boxes containing the entire toilet appear to have been very well packed and everything seems to have arrived with no damage at all. It will be approximately 2 months before our toilet can be installed in our new bathroom, so I don't know yet how to leave a complete review, but I will do so in the future and I am expecting a great success!! It would be nice if this came with directions. The seat is cheap junk. The tank guts all need replaced with quality components. Basically you get a toilet, tank, feed pipe and basic hardware.

water leaks out from the tank to the pipe. It is not the slip nut but the big nut that goes to the plastic tank inside the wooden one

Bf is is a professional plumber. Never got it to stop leaking. Threw it out. Complete crap. Wasted so much money.
