@creative.karli published the cutest little gnome coloring book and had been sharing how people were coloring them. I learned about alcohol markers from her Instagram account and thought the pages from her coloring book were looking so good that I wanted to try them out. I didn’t want to invest in Copic brand since I literally know nothing and am just coloring with my toddler in our free time for fun. I found these and compared reviews to other “beginner” sets. I was nervous because other brands that were comparable in price had a lot of reviews talking about them being dried out or damaged and I don’t have the mental space and time to deal with that. So I spent four dollars more and got these Ohuhu ones. They arrived two weeks after ordering but they’ve been worth the wait so far. They do bleed a little which seems normal for alcohol markers and now that I’ve colored a few pages I’m getting the hang of them. They have super rich vibrant colors and the color swatch cards were great. I did swatch on normal paper similar to adult coloring book paper though since the swatch cards are heavier and I thought that might affect how they look. I think these would be great for beginners or artistic people who have more skills and interest too. I’d say they were worth the price and honestly I’m enjoying coloring more now that my pages don’t look streaky. The blending tool was also super helpful and works well. None of the markers were dry or busted/exploded.

These are amazing markers if you like to color. They have very smooth lines and intense color payoff. I ended up giving this as a gift after getting a set for myself.

This is a great value pack with tons of colors! The markers are pretty good quality but from my experience can dry out relatively quickly, although that could just be because I used them for large coloring pages. I've never had issues with them leaking and they provide excellent coverage.

I buy these for my niece every Christmas as a gift. She loves to draw and Ohuhu markers are her favorite. She has drawn so many picture and loves that there are two sides of them. One for outlining and another for shading. They are great quality for the price. She draws so much and they last her a while!

These are decent markers. Very smooth for the most part and good with blending. Good for beginners especially. But I’m not sure if they are actually ohuhu markers. Either a knockoff or just an old edition maybe? They seem quite dryer than my other ones and are the triangle shaped marker instead of circular. And they have different color codes than the Honolulu set I bought. I can’t color any large spaces without these getting very streaky and like they are running out of ink. Which makes me think they are just old maybe. Disappointed with these but may try the other series if I know they are the actual ohuhu brand!

These were my starter markers when I began my coloring journey. Now, it’s hard to accept anything lesser than. These are very high-quality markers that have a lot of pigment and are very fun to use. I highly recommend these for beginners and people who have been covering for a long time. There’s a decent array of colors to choose from here, too.

I got these for my boyfriend who is really into art and he said they work amazing and they're really good quality. I would definitely recommend if someone you know, or you, are looking for some high quality alcohol markers.

I was disappointed in the quality of these markers. I do love the colors but the ink doesn't last. I do enjoy the brush tip, but I was not able to use the chisel tip on any of the markers. When I first purchased them I tried to test both sides but the chisel tip on all the markers were dry. After coloring 2 pages a handful of the markers were already dry. I did some further research and read that alcohol markers should be stored on their side. I have now had them sitting for weeks to see if that would fix how dry they were unfortunately it didn't.

Like many others, I purchased this set based on reviews from Instagram and TikTok (iykyk). I had tried at least 3 other brands before buying these (Michael’s Artists Touch and Mont Marte) and obviously wasn’t impressed so when these cult favourites were finally back in stock, I took the plunge. I was sad because I was given a devilry date of Jan 24 (ordered Jan7th) but was pleasantly surprised when they came today (Jan 15!!). I got extremely lucky with my set and had zero damaged markers, and none dried out. They are vibrant, beautiful and true to tone colours. As I’m still new to alcohol markers, they are a bit hard to get used to using and I find the colourless blender especially hard to learn but that comes with practice. I love the carry case and the colour swatch cards that come however I do wish the case was meant to be laid horizontally rather than vertically as this is recommended for optimal ink flow. All in all, I recommend :)
