Easy Classical Flute & Piano Duets: Featuring music of Bach, Vivaldi, Wagner and other composers

Purchased for my music library, in anticipation of being asked to perform special music at a private event such as a party or wedding. Was not disappointed with my purchase.

I got this for my daughter to practice her flute. This is her first year playing the flute. I thought it would be fun to try duets since I play the piano. The book is perfect for the beginner flute player, and we love the selections of classical pieces. We can’t wait to try all the duets.

Good n easy teaching book

Just had my first session with easy flute & piano duets with my 9 yr. old granddaughter. Catherine is just starting her 2nd year of flute lessons & was able to sight read her first choice to learn, Brahm's Lullaby. She still needs to work on a lot of things (breath control, pitch, etc.) but we had a ton of FUN playing together (I'm the piano part of the duet, but also play the flute). Highly recommend for you grandparents!

excellent selection of recognizable classics. my granddaughter is very pleased to have some additional music to play. she is at an easily bored stage (maybe that doesn't go away????) anyhow--I highly recommend this for any beginner flute player. it is both easy to play and easy to listen to.

There is no insert of a clarinet part so that I can put it on a stand and play it. As pubished it requires me to look over the pianist's shouler to see the music. Copying the book would cost more than the book itself. There was nothing in the advertising that indicated both parts would be printed on the same page.

Fun easy music that I can actually accompany my daughter. I don't play the piano well, but I could sightread these. We are both enjoying the book :)

The piano CD had accompaniments that were in a different key than the book. Totally unuseable

This is a Duet for flute and piano. But there is no separate flute part, as is always the case for a book with Piano/Flute duets. It is not possible to play the flute looking over the pianists shoulder. Very disappointed. Not usable.I think I will return it. Unless it was an error/omission in the delivery, but I have no idea of who to contact about this.
