Disappointed at first
I need to amend my previous comment. I tried another suet cake from the 6 cakes I received and it was much more popular. No idea why

I feed my backyard birds year round. This is one of the many suets i get for them and they absolutely love it.

It’s fresh but bird’s won’t eat it
Birds squirrels or any other creature would eat them. After a week they are still whole after having successfully had suet cakes from the same manufacturer I decided to try these and not one creature will eat them. No need for squirrel deterrent because they won’t go near any of them. The song bird suet brings flocks of birds from blue jays finches cardinals mockingbirds doves and many others but this stuff no birds even try it they eye it and flew away at first then after a couple of days they don’t even do that now.

Not what I thought it was
A couple of the cakes in this shipment were high quality, but others were mostly cheap corn fillers. Two remain in feeder, untouched by birds. Won’t be ordering this again since there’s no product consistency.
