I was actually afraid to try this. Didn’t want to get jittery or unnatural in my energy level. But at 65 I was starting to feel unfocused and like I was dragging all day. Not my normal self. This makes just enough of a difference that I enjoy the difference. Sharper, focused, not jittery. And if I miss a day, no negative reaction (headache, etc) from having not taken it. I typically take one mid day, and sometimes if I have a really busy, long day, a second at 4ish. But one is good for me.

I had high hopes for this but when things sound to good to be true, they always are. NZT-48 had zero effect. I took it for a whole month, each week hoping to get results but never came. Don't fall for it, keep your money. You could swallow air and would have better results. 😏

It was unclear to me that 1 in the order was actually 3 bottles so I ended up with 9 bottles by surprise. It is a good product that does show improvement in mental clarity but I will not need any more for a long time!
