Wow, this is a beautiful powerful computer
The XPS series of computers are dynamic. I’m running three different ones that I’ve bought from Amazon and they all rock 32 gig 500 MHz I couldn’t be happier thank you for the wonderful deal.

I’ve always liked Dell laptops
I like the small size. It is thin but seems to be very sturdy. The edge-to-edge touch screen looks really good. I got 32 Gb memory, 2 Tb solid-state drive and Intel i7 processor. I’ve always owned Microsoft Office but for the first time I am leasing it. I use this laptop in my home office so I don’t pay attention to battery life. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Stability and performance not good
İm using xps for a decade almost and i like it. But chine got a lot of miles about hardware and dell isnt going good like them. Performance isnt so impressive and its costed 3k usd includes taxes. 2.3k is based cost and almost half price laptop from china is giving smilar performance. The power up button is working smth strange and i even figure it out yet. Face recognition is not bad but two red lights next to face camera looks strange too.I will update my review after using more but forst impression isnt good enough than my expected

Amazingly fast and responsive
Very happy with my purchase. Does everything it said it would and more. Battery life is a little shorter than expected so definitely carry its charger cable around with it.

All the regrets.
I’m a big Dell fan, but this laptop has been the slowest. It over heats when I use it for more than 30 minutes. I have to reboot it 3 times before I can use it. It’s been a waste of money.

Disappointed
I have had 2 Dell laptop in the past and was a fan. This processes well, nice screen, thin and light. Did fine with a few drops. But. Ran hot from day one. I never liked the key touch, not much action. At times continued to run despite being closed/shut off properly. After 1 year, I had 3 keys failing. Checked on line to replace and require almost complete disassembly. Charging drove me crazy. I am on my 4th charger. 3/4 were official Dell. Seems very sensitive to chargers. On the last Dell,'d have to unplug every now and then to charge. After so many complete discharges, battery is now shot. Bought a nice unit as a retirement present to myself, so yup, I'm disappointed
