Good product
Works for the purpose of PH'ing our water as we have a high PH in our water. So when we are doing our garden vegtables we can water with the correct PH water to grow healthy and hearting veggies

Doesn’t work
Worked for maybe a week. Went to calibrate it again and it was stuck on my ph7, when I inserted into 4ph solution it would still read 7 and would only calibrate 7. The one week it worked it was very slow to get the reading and somewhat inaccurate. I tried to recalibrate multiple times I am very good at it I have been using digital ph meters for a long time. It is very unfortunate because blue lab is a good brand but way too expensive for a product that doesn’t work very well. Their quality went way down hill over the years

Multi substrate use
I let my old one dry out by mistake. I got this one so if I decide to go from hydro to soil it will still work. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS if you do the soil. KEEP THE PRESERVATION TUBE. This is vital. Cap it off and save it for when not needed. Other than that it calibrated quickly and fit my device.
