I ordered one of these mugs for our boss as a “thank you” before our plant shutdown. Had an inside joke written on the cup and he loved it!

I purchased four of these so each grandchild would have their own cup while at grandmas. I had each done with a different font to represent their personalities. They were very well done and a big hit with the kiddos. Especially the Harry Potter font

Updating my previous 1* review. Spoke with Clifford at Custom Touch…he explained the reason I had not received my original order placed on 11/17. He also promised my order would go out within 3 days. Order received 12/20…and the mugs were perfect, exactly what I wanted! Thank you Clifford and Custom Touch!

The picture isn’t that accurate but it might also depend on how much you right into it but mine came in a line across the mug rather than taking up the whole space on the front but the font does look nice and it is a nice travel mug and makes a nice gift

Having difficulty keeping the lid clean. Other than that, it's an excellent mug! My coffee will stay warm even after being neglected for up to three hours. I'm honestly impressed with it. Very well made.

The preview image might not look right but mine came exactly how I expected it. Everything was centered and spaced well. Cup itself is high quality. Very happy with the purchase.

Purchaesed two of these for my daughters for Christmas for their daily morning hot chocolate! These are great! They're quite heavy. The etching is perfect. Would absolutely recommend! As a matter of fact I may be back to purchased more!
