Bought for my Ultra 2 and they fit perfectly. They don't feel like they are too flimsy or anything. Silicone is soft and nice, but overall quality is less than Apple's of course. Colors are cute and as pictured; I was expecting the purple color to be a little more dusky purple, however it is a warmer tone that I had thought it was going to be.

Love the colors, lightweight feel, metal adjuster, and ease of installation. I ordered the size 38-42mm for my 42mm Apple watch. It doesn’t fit exactly to the edges (see photo), but it’s securely fastened and you can barely tell. From the top, you can’t tell at all (see photo). My husband didn’t even notice upon showing him the new bands.
