Debated whether to give 4 or 5 stars. For me the taste has grown on me after multiple days. Think you either like it or hate it because it has a slightly fishy taste - not sure if I’ll ever get to the point of eating it directly from the jar. Definitely has to become an acquired taste because I initially found it nauseating but decided to stick with it because of promised health benefits. Found mixing it with refrigerated applesauce and lots of cinnamon made it palatable. As with all supplements it’s hard to quantify effectiveness but I noticed I had less bloating, felt more energetic and my hair seems to be growing. Each jar is about 15 servings so expensive for the price but once I tried it I purchased additional jars from vendor at a sale price. Recommendations for daily dose of 2 tbsp is imperfect because it’s a gel sometimes it nicely fits on the spoon other times it’s a little more or less. Package arrived well wrapped to minimize breakage because it comes in glass jars - vendor followed up to confirm satisfaction with delivery.

I have not been using this very long, but am excited to give it a try. I am aware of the nutritional value of Sea Weeds and Sea Moss and am looking forward to getting results from this. I chose the flavor with Blue Spirulina and am sure it will be beneficial. Like the person in their ads, I have been coughing a lot, so if it helps that, I will be happy.

I have been taking blue sparilla sea moss sense May 15th 2025. I'm on my 4th jar. I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm fifty seven years old and I feel amazing! No Ace, no pains, no menopause hot flashes, tons of energy and mental clarity is amazing. With menopause you can get brain fog and it's completely gone. My stomach has becoming like It's usual self again. During my metapause journey I have gained about ten pounds and it was all on my hips and stomach. It's slowly but surely melting off. In addition to my usual healthy eating I think incorporating the super nutrient food has gotten me back to my normal body chemistry. I've always been a healthy active person who ate a balanced diet.However ,as we age somehow our body doesn't receive the vitamins and minerals as easily as at once did. This truly is a super food that I keep sharing with my friends. I'm so eternally grateful for this product and will continue to take it. I don't take my regular vitamins anymore either. I get everything I need from this, and nutritious whole food.You won't regret purchasing and you'll get your life back.

Great product. Helps me sleep and feel hydrated. Tastes like mold, so it tastes as good as it can get, I suppose. I put it in water with some electrolytes and just chug it down. However, this came broken and spilled into the bubble package and box. The company should package better and add “handle with care.”

So many benefits of sea moss that they’re endless, but here’s what I notice in my body: less joint pain and better gut health. It’s an inflammation fighter, and couples with cleaner eating, it’s a game changer. This jar lasts much longer than I expected. I used it fast but when it got down to the edges of it, I bought a new bottle. But the edges are still good y’all. They’re just as potent. Use every last drop. So good. I ordered more.

I went through so many reviews and it seems people either love this stuff or hate it. I followed a recommendation to get the pineapple & mango as the most palatable and I think it has the consistency and taste of Jell-O. Very easy to take. I noticed better regularity in my bowel movements within the first few days and definitely less bloating by the afternoon. I have a pair of jeans that usually gets tight after my second meal of the day and they were fine even after dinner! At the end of my first jar, I could see improvement in my skin. I don't really have many issues at 41 but I'd say it gave me more of a glow and my typically dry skin felt less tight right after washing my face or getting out of the shower. I will definitely be buying again, maybe even trying another flavor but I do recommend this one!!

OH MY GOD! I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so scared it would taste disgusting but I got the mango pineapple and it’s actually DELICIOUS! I hate jello but it’s more like a fruit yogurt or pudding texture. My esthetician recommended this to me and said it cleared up her son’s acne so fast. Immediately I noticed a boost of energy and mood it was great and will definitely be purchasing more and trying again tomorrow!

Taste is good.Texture is ok. Kind of expensive for a two week supply. So, you’re looking at about $70/ month to keep it going. For several months I have been suffering with a problem that I suspected was a nutrition deficiency caused by dieting. Not an over night miracle but as they advertised, about 30 days after starting the Sea Moss, this the problem has mostly cleared up and I do notice more energy. So I am thinking it was effective.. Pretty easy to take two tbsps a day.I don‘t mix it with anything. Just take it straight from the jar.
