Review: Excellent, I'm impressed (so far, albeit based on only one day) 🙂..... - My initial application is at the bottom of stairs and on first floor landing, but I like these so much that I'm already thinking of getting more to put in other places 🤔 (A few years ago I had the loft space boarded over and the contractor, who was supposed to wire up a light in there, messed up, so the mains powered light on the landing ceiling hasn't worked ever since. I don't want to have to lift the boarding for access to wiring and/or pay an electrician loads of money!) I selected these based on: 1) Powered by AA batteries (longer 'life' versus the smaller AAA size), including rechargeable type. 2) 'Cool white' output (my preference for function, based on experience, versus 'warm' white) 3) Motion activated ONLY when 'dark', with automatic 'off' after 20 seconds (maximises battery life) (I've previously had other wireless remote controlled and 'push' type, 3x AA battery powered, led lights, but those are too easy to forgetfully leave on, such that the batteries quickly go flat.) Both the physical size (innocuous against white background) and 'brightness'/illumination are perfect for me. The Included instruction leaflet with pictures says it all. Not the 'cheapest' available per unit, but, for me at least, very good value for money and one of my better buys👍 One thing I would like the product to have is a countersink screw hole in the back cover/mount, which would enable secure fixing to a non-'smooth' surface, for example to a (sheltered from weather porch area) external wall. Review: Very Reactive, Nice and Bright - I bought these to light up the stairs as my dog is getting cataracts. I now find them very useful for me. Lovely and bright, no need to put the light on as I go up and down the stairs as they are very bright and react quickly to movement. Excellent value for money. They look good. I will be looking to purchase more to place in cupboards.

**Q: Can you keep the lights on**
A: If you keep the light on, you have to be constantly in a dark area, which is not realistic.

**Q: How to get in touch with seller plse**
A: Use the Amazon customer service first. They put you in touch with the seller, then if anything goes wrong or you have problems, all the contact is visible for Amazon.

**Q: Can you blind the sensor to come on in brighter areas?**
A: Sure, but it needs to be adjusted manually. These motion sensor lights have a built-in light sensor. When you open the cover of the product, you will find a small white component next to the LED, which is the light sensor. You can completely or partially cover this part with black tape to adjust the startup brightness of the sensor light (the default is 20LUX). When completely covered with black tape, the light sensor of the sensor light will fail and it will light up in a bright environment.

**Q: What's the sensitivity of the sensor to smaller movements like pets?**
A: I would imagine if cats or dogs kept walking past,then it would be activated.
I have made be in a cupboard and soon as door opens it turns on.
20 seconds after no motion detected it turns off!

I bought these to light up the stairs as my dog is getting cataracts. I now find them very useful for me.
