Sim Free Mobile
I was not able to get along with this phoneunfortunatly. The keyboard for texting I foundclumsy in being far too small lettering and I wasntable to access the apps I needed to download. Also Ienjoy using You Tube and this phone just did not havethis availableThank YouCraig

Got this for my son it is quite basic he cant get AVG antivirus on it or his mobile banking app

Awful quality phone.
The media could not be loaded. Terrible quality camera looks pixelated ,laggy , can’t use YouTube or any music. Basically paying for the 4 cameras that are really bad. I am not happy with my order at all, SIM card doesn’t even work so can’t even use it for basic functions. I am absolutely appalled at the quality and it was definitely not worth the £50. Amazon should’ve mentioned how old the phone was before selling a phone with such bad quality and inticing customers to buy something that is not worth the money! I have never had a problem with Amazon before and I am very upset with this order overall.

Very slow
Very unhappy with product, it’s slow, YouTube doesn’t work, it’s not worth the money. Camera is crap, software likes to muck up all the time & in certain light you can’t even see the screen due to the glass in the front.I would like a refund on both phones which I purchasedThanks

Great cost effective first phone
As a new phone user, i didn't want my son to have something that would be too expensive to replace should the worst happen, so going for a basic one seemed to be the best call.Once it arrived however i was pleasantly surprised, it is a basic phone with a few integrated apps, most of which i have turned notifications off for. But then i have set up google location sharing which allows me to always see where the phone is and as he has unlimited calls he can also let me know if he needs anything at the drop of the hat.More importantly for him though, he has been able to install a couple of games that work well and can take random pictures of his friends and apparently of our dog...It also comes with the charger (i know it's logical but some phones don't) as well as headphones that are ok, although we have given him some wireless ones instead.
