Great diapers! A little noisy, but great to sleep in overnight for bed wetting issues. Also work great for bowel incontinence, definitely would recommend. I wore the mediums for reference (30 in waist, 155lbs)

We buy these for our special needs teen son. After trying literally every brand out there, we have found these to be equal to the largest capacity for urine absorption and equal to one other premium brand that costs a bit more as the least prone to leakage. Our son is non-verbal, but he seems to find these comfortable. One caveat is that these are plastic-backed, which definitely helps reduce leakage, especially overnight, but as a result, they are less breathable. We live in an area that is hot in the summer, so if our son is going to be outside on a hot day, we opt for the breathable version on those occasions. That is also a quality product. Finally, after buying from NorthShore for several years now, we can attest to the quality of the product (only one diaper has been torn of the probable thousand+ we've bought) and the reliability of the shipping. The product has always shipped immediately and in a sturdy box. We are a very satisfied customer.

these are some of the best disposable adult diapers that money can buy. I have a sleep disorder and Dont not wake up to use the bathroom. with these I've never had a leak no matter what position I sleep in. I've used many other brands in the past even ones a lot more expensive than these and I think these hands down are the best. I've never had a problem with the tapes coming undone like a lot of other brands the plastic backing is very good and the core doesn't bunch up and become uncomfortable. out of curiosity i've even worn them all day after spending the night in them and they hold a very large amount of urine. they are a little bulky for day time use so if you need them during they day you might want something a little thinner. I've been wetting the bed since I was 13 and with these for the first time in my life I can wake up in the morning and know my bed will be dry

This diaper is very absorbent, thick, and can work for extended day time or night use. On the outside the plain white plastic backing, has minimal writing a wetness indicator, the plastic backing is soft and has a slight crinkle. The tapes are sturdy so the diaper won't stretch or sag excessively when the it gets heavy, or is used overnight. Inside the diaper the topsheet keeps my skin dry and comfortable,while the leak guards and leg gathers keep the contents of the diaper where they belong.I gave these 5 stars because they are one of the very few diapers on the market that can get me through a long day, traveling, or overnight.Yes these diapers do cost more than other options but you really do get what you pay for. Leaks are extremely rare with these diapers and overall I find they do a great job as an adult working full time who leads an active lifestyle.

I have to wear protection to bed or if I'm not going to be home for a while to change and to work. They do absorb quite a lot which is nice for overnight wear. From the 60 I bought I've only ever found a few issues with them. After a few nights when I woke up I'd find that one of the tabs had come loose, usually the bottom right one for some reason, but luckily that never caused any leaks. The main issue I had though was that they didn't seem to contain smell terribly well. I'm not bowel incontinent so I don't know if it applies to that too, but most mornings when I would wake up the smell would really bother me and I try to drink mostly water so I'm somewhat sure it wasn't that. Unfortunately though I think I'm going to go back to Abena M4s, they're slightly cheaper and have worked just as well for me.

These were for use after a prostatectomy. I found them very uncomfortable in that the “absorbency” seemed to remain on the surface of the pad, keeping me feeling wet. I couldn’t seem to get the waist area tight enough to feel like they were going to stay up. The tabs did grip well.Maybe these are better for someone who needs to leave them on for heavy leakage and needs to leave them on for extended periods without much movement, but the were not for me. I won’t order again, and I replaced them after a couple of days.They did include (free) a couple of pads of a different size, which I haven’t tried, and they included a sample of moist wipes which I really liked.

I ordered these on a Saturday night and received them two days later on Monday. I can't believe how fast they arrived. Today was the first day I was able to give these the test. After many hours on the road and multiple bottles of water I definitely needed to release. Wow what a great surprise when I flooded this diaper and I stayed completely dry. I was able to wear this all day with absolutely no leaks and many large wettings. They are very absorbent and seem to take the abuse. They stayed together and didn't clump. They are a bit on the stiff side at first , but another northshore buyer had said to activate by folding in half length ways first before wearing and that seemed to help the stiffness. I will be purchasing again. Very nice quality diaper.

I really love this diapers. I tried these for the 1st time and they are very comfortable. I think of them as very dreamy. I think of these as great diapers to sleep in at night. These diapers are great for Diaper Lovers all over the world or for people who have bladder or bowel incontinence. NorthShore Supreme Briefs are much better than Depend or other bargain brand diapers. These diapers are a dream come true. I would definitely where them at night for comfort, so I can sleep better.
