Good connectors
These are great little connectors when you need to headphone jack to headphone jack an item such as an iphone into your cars aux input. My iphone case sucks horribly, and the opening for the headphone jack would not accept a normal size cord. These slim 3.5mm cables are exactly what I needed and they work GREAT! I had one of those other 3.5mm to 3.5mm cables that had a reel in the middle of it - but I quickly learned that the little reel, while handy - steadily swings and rubs against the dash of my nice car, and has resulted in a rub mark. So....if you want one with the reel to keep the cable short, just beware that the reel could damage your car.

Works great, not super durable. Worth it if the price is around $2.
I got 2 of these cables, one for me, one for my girlfriend. Hers has worked great for a few months. Mine stopped working after a few weeks. I am pretty rough with my AUX cables, so I don't hold it against this cable since it was so cheap. If you want something really durable, find something else. If you are kind to your electronics, this should be fine. On another note, this works very well with phone cases that only have a small opening for a headphone jack. I don't have to take my case off every time I want to play music in my car, which is a huge bonus.

Works great in car AUX jack!
We have had our car for almost five years and JUST realized that within the center console there is an AUX jack to allow us to use our iPhones and iPods through the stereo system. Who knew!? In light of this amazing (if overdue) discovery, I immediately ordered this cable to test out the feature. The cable has a sturdy feel, especially near the connection points (we've had trouble with some other brands' iPhone charger cables, so durability and strength near connectors is a big focus for us!). The cable works perfectly and we are thrilled to have a "new" way to enjoy our time in the car. If only we'd read the car's manual as closely as we read product reviews here on Amazon, we'd have been enjoying it for years already!! I would not hesitate to buy this cable again.

Fantsastic little audio cable!
I purchased this cable to replace the one that I had previously bought from radio shack. It's primary (and sole) use is as an auxiliary input audio cable in my car, so that I can listen to music from my phone. I have to say, for the extremely low price, I was blown away by the quality of the sound. The tiny, thin little cable does not disappoint. Where my old cable would crackle and drop out when it was moved or finagled with, this one is rock-solid. For the purposes of playing music from your mp3 player or phone on your car, or any other auxiliary input device, I feel that it simply cannot be beat. I bought one for myself and one for my wife's car as well. I shan't be buying another $15 Radioshack replacement anytime soon, I can tell you that much.

Worked great for and comes as said
Worked for me and I love the gold plated connector. The wires are a bit in the slim side, which has it positives and negatives. The positive is it will fit into your carrying case without taking up too much room not to fit. The negative is questionable, will a thinner wire last as long as thicker would? I doubt the gauge of copper wire is less as these wires must meet only a small amount current draw, so it's basically only the insulation were talking about. Just don't be too rough on the wires and these should last you a lifetime.

Cheap aux cable that just works.
Your basic, run of the mill auxiliary cord. I've owned mine for several years now. The plated contacts began to wear after a couple of months, but there was no degradation in signal clarity, as far as I can tell.

Decent quality
Bought this cable to hook up my phone to my car stereo via audio jack. The cable is reasonably well built, but seems a bit too thin and fragile to last very long. The connector pins are very well built and fit snug and firm into my stereo as well as my phone. The cable I was using prior had looser connecting pins which would cause static from never properly seating in my phone jack, where this cable does not. Good product for the price, but I would have preferred stronger cable shielding.

Cheap price and works perfectly
I bought this after a recommendation from a friend. I was skeptical considering it was so cheap but gave it a shot. Works perfectly and couldn't be happier. Nice super slim profile, fits my iPhone with the case on so I don't have to constantly remove the case. I have seen some people complain about it being under the advertised 3 ft - I have not actually measured it but I don't care because I'm using it in my car where around 2.5' is even better. Came back and bought a few more.

I needed to replace some very old 3.5mm stereo cables and these were perfect.
