I use them for vest lacing as they are very robust & look better than the cheap thin lacing that comes on them

I used the 1/4” x 1/8” blue leather lace. I think it came out rather nice. You get two 72” long pieces of lace, or yes 144” (12’) of total lace. I used all of the lace I received in the glove you see. I wasted very little but did throw some away. I used a pair of needle nose pliers, scissors, curved hemostats, and a razor blade. I had never done this previously on a full glove. I had a couple of lace experiences needing to do emergency repairs. The new lace was a tad larger than the existing, but I had little trouble relacing the glove, but there were a coupe of real hurdles in the process. Take your time and problem solve those spots and you’ll be fine! When in trouble loosen things in that area and/or undo a spot or two!!!I found the strength of the lace to be very strong! As a someone who considers myself on the stronger side of most people I was not able to stretch or in any way rip the lace and I pulled very hard on the lace.The lace is a nice medium blue almost a royal blue. I highly recommend this lace! I will use again if I ever need to!

I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect here. I'm trying to make a soft white leather show lead and collar for my white dog, and I wanted 1/4 inch leather lace that's super soft. I had no idea how soft this stuff would be, but it's way softer than I expected. I'd like it softer for my purpose, but I plan to try to soften it myself.This lace is beautiful, soft, and strong. I'm very happy with it. I'll definitely be back for more!
