SR SUN RISE 12 Inch Ceiling Mount Rain Shower System,Brushed Gold

Im so happy I decided to to go with this company when selecting my ceiling mount shower spa head kit for both bathroom remodels. I bought a matte black and the silver one. Their customer service is incredible! My grandkids (3 & 1yo) were living with us at the time and they played too much with the handheld shower throwing it on the bath floor and scratched it all up. I called to purchase a replacement but their rep, Sophia, said not to worry, they would replace it. I had to send pics and in a couple of weeks my replacement arrived! We’re very happy with the quality of these sets and they look amazing!

As a professional remodeler, I am always looking for new and affordable shower faucet systems. The quality of these handles, rain head, and mixer system is the best I have seen. You can feel it in your hands…heavy, all metal and brass, no plastic. They produce outstanding flow even with less than ideal water pressure in your house. Very sleek and modern. The packaging is like nothing I have seen. Everything comes in one box, all parts individually wrapped in their own cotton bag, tools, and extra parts should you need them. And the best yet…I have never seen customer care like this company. I had a unique situation with a low ceiling. The 12” arm that was included made the shower head too low. In most 8’ ceilings or higher the arm provided is perfect. This was for a ceiling mount rather than a traditional wall arm/mount. However, after an email or two, they sent links with different size options (4, 6, 8” etc) The only problem was that they were not in my color (black) but were available in oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, and brass (all the most common finishes) To my shock, they offered to custom fabricate the exact size I needed in the color I needed. Read that again!!! Of course, I assumed it would cost a fortune but it was extremely reasonable. I even paid a bit more on my own just because I thought it was worth it. 30 years of construction and I have never seen a company willing to stop main production in a factory and customize this part or any part. They have won my business for life! I will install their product in all of my future remodels for customers. I can’t recommend this product enough. Buy it with confidence. You will not regret this purchase.

I purchased this in June 2023. At the time, we were advised to purchase a “name brand” from a local plumber . We chose this company and model instead. It was packaged beautifully and was a great looking shower head. Fast forward to now and we developed quite a leak at the “pivot ball” and thought maybe we should have initially bought a different brand… Low and behold I reached out to this company to get their take on it and emails were flooding my inbox from their customer service asking for pictures and info and wanted desperately to make things right with their warranty! Unbelievably I had a replacement head within 4 days! I actually had responses coming to my inbox on Saturday evening! Who has customer service on weekends??!!! I highly recommend this company!! I can’t compliment them enough!!

Update to 5 stars. Their customers service email was down so the response was delayed. They were able to ship the part that I needed. product is fantastic but the customer service is completely non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times to buy a replacement gold end cap and haven't gotten a single reply. I'd love to buy more from them in the future, but it's impossible when you get completely ignored. Great items, but expect zero help if you need a spare part! Would love to give 5 stars but Because of this I give 3 stars overall.

We did an addition and had these handhelds and rainfalls hung and they are gorgeous and I love them. Only thing is that me and my husband are tall so we mapped out where the handhelds should be so we didnt have to squat to get the shampoo out of our hair. The pipes were put in at the perfect height. After the tile was put up and cut around them and then the handhelds were put up... they basically sit straight up so it sprays across our shower. The water doesnt even touch me if I'm standing beside of it. The only way I have been able to use the handheld is by taking it off the holder and holding it on my head to rinse the shampoo out. I'm not saying dont buy bc they are beautiful and I love them... just be warned that you need to have them face level to be able to use them in the holder.

Purchased the shower system as part of my bathroom remodeling project. The shower system looks great, it is of very good quality, and it was also very well packaged. As we were building the walking shower we made some changes to our plans due to space constraints in the ceiling. I forgot that I had purchased a ceiling mounted shower and when I installed it at the end of the project a month later I realized that I could not install the shower head. Oops moment. I contacted the seller right away to see if they had a solution. They replied within the same day and offered to send me a wall arm for the shower head. Great service, I am very happy with my purchase. Update 05-27-2024. I needed to replace the faceplate that our cleaning staff damaged using an abrasive sponge. I contacted Sun Rise to purchase a replacement faceplate. They asked that I provide pictures. Within a day they sent me an email stating they would send me a new faceplate at no charge. Their after sale service is really good.

love the way it looks in my shower the quality is great and their customer service excellent.they helped me with a problem that I have with one of the items I am very satisfied with the product and their customer service I recommend this product.

Total scam.. Please don't order its a cheap chines brand

I just installed a Sunrise ceiling shower faucet in my new bathroom. I am amazed by the quality of the product in terms of functionality and appearance. The ceiling shower has great pressure level and workmanship is first class. Sofia from Service Department kindly and promptly assisted me with a shorter arm for the faucet as my bathroom has a low ceiling. If I have to renovate my other bathroom I will certainly replace it with another Sunrise Shower faucet.

Not as powerful as I hoped it would be, but I suppose that's down to my water pressure....

I did so much research before purchasing this shower head from SR Sunrise. Not only are they known for being high quality, the selling point for me was the customer service, and they truly are AMAZING. I bought the shower head 2 months ago for my renovations. When it came time to install, I realized the shower head was too low. I emailed Jarry from SR sunrise to see if they can send me a shorter shower arm, and he responded within a few hours! Together with Sofia, they were able to locate a matte black 4" shower arm and send it to me from China without any issues! I haven't installed the shower head yet as I'm waiting for the delivery to arrive, but I will definitely write an updated review once I get to test it! Thank you so much Jarry and Sofia!!

We wanted a durable combination rain shower head and shower wand, with a diverter valve and a pressure balanced main valve. Should be easy enough to find we thought. Nope! We looked through the local chain stores, the plumbing (contractor) suppliers and most of the one-off plumbing/bathroom design stores finding nothing that fit our criteria or budget. (Does anyone really need a gold-plated shower?!?) We came away empty handed and turned to on-line. It was a leap of faith purchasing this system, one that has paid off. The system is very well packaged and protected. It arrived ahead of schedule and we were very pleased to see the quality of this product. At the time of ordering, we could not find a 6 inch ceiling mount settling for the 12 inch and sending the supplier a note requesting information about getting as 6 inch mount. They sent us one without charge! We had our complete system ahead of schedule. Installing the system with a newly constructed cement board wall and tiled shower was tricky and it took some precise measuring. However, the documentation which came with the system was very accurate and helpful. It’s a good thing too as we have no access from behind the shower and we had few options is we made an error. It was measure multiple times and dry fitting to be sure. It was definitely worth the effort! While we have not had it in use very long, we are extremely pleased with both the product and customer service and are already planning using one in our next bathroom reno.
