Weaving with Strips: 18 Projects that Reflect the Craft, History, and Culture of Strip Weaving

This is not as much a specific project book for basket weaving (though it does have some of those) as it is a discussion of different techniques you can use to make your own items. It's heavily illustrated and the photographs are of good quality. Layout is attractive and easy to read, and it opens and lays flat. My only real "complaint" about it is it's very heavy. When I first picked it up I thought, "Oh no, this is just some kind of coffee table book", but was glad to see a lot of content. Still the weight of it (I think due to the heavy, glossy paper used) will make it more difficult for me to use. I'd like to see a lighter paperback version available. All in all though, it's well done and very worth the purchase price.
