Wash/Dry 10x Before Use

The media could not be loaded. Though I had to wash this with 1/2 cup of distilled vinegar, alternate warm soapy water, leave open to dry, soaked the the lid (with the rubber ring removed); repeated the process for about 18 times before I finally removed the taste & the rubber smell; overall I am satisfied with this product’s performance, this is just the right size for me, the color I preferred, it boils water in less than a minute, no spillage when tipped over, matches my other counter appliance of different brand, and of course, the price is very reasonable. So I am definitely keeping this.

super fast and efficient! Perfect for an apartment or dorm room.

I can heat up to of these kettles in the time it takes for some of the others. The outside does not get hot at all and the lid and steam vent fit snug and will not pop off. Easy to clean and easy to use. I love this product so much I bought a second one for work.

Loved it for three months, then it died. Could be my fault or could be the voltage difference.

We loved this kettle, very quick to heat water. Unfortunately it died after three months. We noticed some water got into the rocker switch so it could be our fault but the model that was shipped to us was for Japan-use-only as it runs on 100v, not 110 VAC found in the USA. So.. it could have just burned out. The product description should have been clearer about this being a 'Japan-use-only' model. I gave it three stars because it was a great product while it lasted. I wish I could order the USA version.

Great buy.. Heats water up in under 2 minutes... Super easy to use/clean/fill/heat/pour. Arrived way before expected.... Only took two weeks and I was expecting 4 weeks as notified at purchase time. Shipped from Japan. All instructions in Japanese but it is not rocket and you do not need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out(has pictures).
