Reliable
I'm mainly using those tests when needed, since my experience with them has always been good. They are reliably working and are easy to use .I've tried other tests occasionally but always go back to them.

Easy to Use and Accurate COVID Test Kits
We have tried different brands of COVID-19 Rapid tests since they first came out and for several years were distributed free by the federal and state governments. Of all the test kits, we've found that these have the easiest instructions to follow and have been accurate. This is now the only brand I buy and keep stocked with my first aide supplies.

A great product when it’s not expired
I’ve ordered these multiple times having a large family. When they aren’t expired, they are very reliable. We’ve had multiple positive results that align with the doctors office and our symptoms. No issues with the test themselves. Easy to use and understand. BUT…as many people have mentioned, we’ve received expired tests or close to expiration. We’ve attempted to use them anyway and they didn’t work at all. Couldn’t even get the control line to show up. Then when you need new ones, it’s not a same day or next day order. So by the time you receive the tests you really question if it matters to even know if you are positive. It would be great to stock up. I am very excited that the new tests I received today had a new squeeze bottle that is easier to use and an extended shelf life. I’m hopeful this means the company has heard our complaints and has found a solution. In a couple months I will order more and check the date and if I can see they are done sending expired product I would be happy to move to 5 stars. Would really like to see more availability…same day or next day purchase. But at least longer shelf life would allow people to keep some on hand for immediate use

Reliable, Quick, and Reassuring
Reliable, Quick, and Reassuring I’ve used a number of at-home COVID tests since the pandemic started, and the iHealth kit has become one of my go-to choices. The packaging is clean and well thought out, and everything you need comes right in the box—two complete tests, swabs, solution vials, and the test cards. The swabs are soft-tipped and non-invasive, so there’s no discomfort like the deeper tests I’ve had done in clinics. The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. From swabbing to adding the drops to the test card, the whole process is simple and takes just a couple of minutes. Results are ready in about 15 minutes, and the test lines are clear to read. I especially appreciate that the manufacturer also has an app that helps guide you step by step if you want a little extra reassurance you’re doing things correctly. Accuracy-wise, I’ve found this test to be very consistent. When I had symptoms and later confirmed with a PCR, the results matched. On another occasion when I just needed peace of mind before seeing family, the negative test gave me confidence. The box is compact, so it’s easy to keep a pack in the medicine cabinet or bring along when traveling. I do wish the expiration dates were a bit farther out, since stockpiling isn’t as practical, but that seems true for most rapid tests. Bottom line: A dependable and easy-to-use rapid COVID test that provides results quickly without any discomfort. A smart choice to keep on hand for travel, gatherings, or just reassurance when symptoms pop up.

Great product, with some caveats...
First of all, I must say this is a greatly made product. It managed to find my Omicron infection on the 2nd day I become symptomatic (I only had mild symptoms -- and on the second day I only had a sore throat with a slight cough, however, it was enough to show a super dark "T" line about 20 seconds in even though it was negative the day before). The line started to fade away 9-10 days after I become symptomatic, and I like the fact that I can use this to track the progress of my infection. It is also the test that the government sends via USPS, and amongst the only ones in which insurance don't tend to nitpick about reimbursements. Why, might you say, then I am only giving this product 3 stars? Mostly, it is because of consistency. 1) The product comes in two variants, one in which the test solution tube is prefilled and the other where you have to fill the tube yourself. Both of these have their own problems: a) On the prefilled tube, the tube is much more rigid when compared to the non-prefilled tube, which has a more malleable plastic. This is important because you will need to squeeze the cotton swab while it is inside the extraction liquid. If you don't manage to squeeze the cotton swab well, a false negative result may occur. b) On the non-prefilled tube, the extraction solution is in a separate dropper in which you will need to empty into the tube yourself. However, this dropper is poorly designed since the width of the dropper tip is wider than the top of the tube itself (which means the dropper will sit on top of the tube, but not go inside it). This means that while you are trying to empty the dropper contents into the tube, you must also be careful not to slip while squeezing the dropper, otherwise the extraction liquid will simply get on you and you would have wasted a complete test. I don't understand why the manufacturer don't simply make the tip narrower so the whole entire tip will fit inside the top of the tube like a funnel). 2) The cotton swab for some of the boxes leave a slight chemical smell in the nasal cavity after swabbing. For some reason, this only affects some of the boxes I have gotten, even though the swabbing of the nose itself was painless and without any complications. 3) Although these gets delivered quickly by Amazon, some of the items also seem like they have been sitting in a warehouse for a while (maybe a overstock issue)? Depends on when you placed your order and what batch you get, you may end up getting items that are close to expiration (like within a week) or others that have >5 months left on the expiration date. This may happen even if you placed an order on the same day for multiple qtys. The ones that I got which are close to its expiration had the expiration dates covered by a FBA label, which I find a bit shady.
