i don't think you ordered the handbag you thought maybe this one doesn't mention concealed carry nor does it have feet. the bag I purchased said in description concealed carry bag and it has the little feet. it wasn't this particular one.

In the item description it will d Say real leather or PU leather. I ordered 2 purses w Description pu leather. I was not disappointed.
