This Tesnor supplement is great so far. Approaching 50 and bought this to try and boost testosterone but did not realize the mental benefits of increased testosterone. Within the first few days I no longer had brain fog in the morning and my typical irritability is basically gone. I was on a low calorie diet over the past 3 years and lost 25 lbs (on my own no medications) however once I started taking this my calorie intake has more than doubled and I initially lost an additional 5 lbs! I weight train 4 days a week and have done so for 30+ years and I have started to gain a few lbs back but my waist circumference remains at 33 inches so I hope the weight gain is muscle. I have not had TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) but from my research this seems to have the same effect but the testosterone is produced naturally by your body instead of being given the actual testosterone as you do with TRT. A person commented about being tired and I was tired initially, which is a side effect of TRT. Your body converts some testosterone into estrogen which makes you tired. That is why this supplement also contains Luteolin, which is supposed to work with your body to limit the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. For me the price is worth the results.Update: Going on 2 months and still feel great mentally and eat at least 2x my previous intake with no weight gain. I do get tired at times as another review points out.

This is great! I used to get bioidentical testosterone pellets due to testing at testosterone being non-existent in my body years ago. At first that was great! Over time I started having so many negative side effects, I stopped getting them & the side effects went away. I started taking these to help stand in the gap. I feel like these are just enough that I get the benefits without the side effects. Women need adequate testosterone, too! This is supportive without highjacking your body's own hormonal system. I take it at night because it makes me sleepy. It might give someone else more energy. I'm subscribed to it so I never run out.

Having tried it, I would never take this again. I'm in my late 30s and fit, my RHR is around 48-52. Taking this, my RHR was stuck between 85-110, apparently this is a side effect for 2 of the three substances in this mix. I did not sleep poorly while taking it, but multiple times I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was going to pass out (not tired but flashing lights ringing ears pass out). Probably a blood pressure effect. I discontinued before finishing off the bottle.

I am not sure about testosterone but I feel with more energy, better mood and clearer mind.

I purchased this product for my husband because his hair is falling out, I would not say that that’s what this product is supposed to do help grow hair, but it has. My husband takes it religiously and his thinning thinning hair is now slowed in the process. He says it makes him feel better and more Stable less anxieties. I’m not sure that’s what the pills are supposed to do, but it is a byproduct of what they are supposed to do. We have a subscription so we don’t forget to order them.

Not work for me

I cringe when I order this due to the cost, but after using it for a month, I feel the difference.
