BRODARK WOOD HANDLE SERIES 15PCS

I purchased one of Brodark's knife sets in November 2021. I have been so pleased with the quality! The 15 piece set includes a full range of knives that are full-tang, going through the handle and blades made of premium high-carbon German stainless steel, which are SUPER SHARP! Also included are cooking scissors and TWO knife sharpeners built into the block. AND Brodark offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, covering issues in material and workmanship. The knife handles are made of premium PakkaWood, making them durable, waterproof (so no swelling) and attractive. They are easy to clean, scratch-resistant, very durable, and corrosion resistant and don't absorb water. Note that they should be washed by hand and dried with a towel ... small price to pay to ensure long lasting and perfect condition. I have never encountered rust or any splitting or swelling in four years! With everyday use, this set is perfect for me! I recently needed to contact Brodark with a question about purchasing an additional pieces. Being a small business they thrive on customer satisfaction and loyalty. They responded immediately, taking care to fully understand what I needed. You truly don't find that too often nowadays. One of the top CS experiences I've ever had!

I got a special holiday price for the set of knives and I love them, not sure how they'll hold up but if they are treated with care I don't see any problems. They're so sharp that they have to be treated with care. Love the style 👌! Trying to give it five stars but the star thing is acting stupid!

I give this 4 stars because the knife blades are sharp and this set is a very good price point but the handles are not dishwasher friendly as they become slightly rough and faded quickly after just a couple of washes. I oiled them and will see how they continue to hold up.

Awesome set

The knife set is awesome and customer service is excellent! The knives are very well made. the weight is great, and they are very well balanced. They feel good in the hand and make using extremely comfortable. The handles are made of wood and the blades are sharp- very sharp. We did have an issue with one knife in which the handle started to split but I reached out to Brodark customer service and received a response right away. They sent a replacement set even though I needed just one knife replaced. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I believe the one knife handle issue is not typical because we have not had any other issues with the entire set and we use these every day. As with all quality knives, handwash only. We handwash them and dry them right away and they continue to be in perfect condition. As for sharpness and just to compare, we had a set of Henckel knives and after a month of use we were constantly having to sharpen them. The Henckels had rust starting to appear after a year of use, even with handwashing and drying so we were looking to replace them. I found these and decided to give them a go and so far they have not had to be sharpened, no rust has appeared, and they remain in new condition even after heavy use. I appreciate Broadark standing behind their knives and craftsmanship and I certainly recommend these knives.
