Not nearly as solid as previous model
This is a poor substitute for the original with qualities that will make it fail. The mesh is now mostly hard white plastic. This tiny piece costs 1/2 as much as the whole device. The old one was a high quality metal, silicone and more durable plastic. The cover has little, unnecessary tabs to keep in place- looks like it will break easily. Buy one of the $45.00 ones.A real shame that they screwed it up.I am a family doctor. I have purchased many for patients and have always kept a spare here for other people’s emergencies.I won’t buy another of this brand.

Unreliable and dangerous if needed immediately! Poor and dangerous replacement for previous model

Do not buy!
I have purchased two of the omron portable nebulizers within two years of each other and they both do not work consistently and are completely useless in an urgent asthma attack. At first I thought the battery was low so I would keep refilling with new batteries but it still doesn’t work to complete a full treatment. It comes on and off. It also leaks constantly-night devices.So frustrating. I’m done with omron products.
