Outstanding Customer Service
Edit: I came back to update my review of this product. Although I did experience the issue mentioned below in my original review, the company reached out several times and really went above and beyond to stand behind their products and ensure that they could turn this into a positive experience without me even pushing the issue. Exceptional customer service is such a rare quality nowadays, so I felt compelled to make sure I made this update to give the company credit for their actions. I really wanted to love this headset. I tried it for about 30 days and had to return it. I can say it’s super easy to setup and the speaker and microphone were crystal clear with no static or extra noise, even if you blow on the microphone (which is a habit I have to check if my mic is working, so fortunately or unfortunately, that test doesn’t work with this microphone). My issue with the headset is that the charging prongs on the standing charger don’t automatically engage with the charging port on the headset when you store the headset on the stand. I had to wiggle the headset back and forth on the stand to get it to connect with the charging prongs (you will know it’s charging because the indicator light changes color). Several times I’ve wiggled it into the right position to charge and closed down my home office for the day, only to pick up the headset for a conference call the following day and be met with a message stating “low battery”, at which point the headset shuts itself off. Super inconvenient and caused me to fumble around for my wired headset while unable to hear coworkers on the call actively speaking to me. After a few instances of this, I decided to return it. I know the headset can be attached directly to the charging cord, but I paid extra for the charging stand to have somewhere to both store it properly AND simultaneously charge it. Otherwise I would have just bought the cheaper version with no charging stand (which I still might do, because overall the headset worked great when it was charged).

Amazing Headset, Background Noise Cancellation Actually Works
I can’t rave about how amazing this noise cancelling headset is. I have 3 cats and a toddler so cancelling other noises while I’m on work calls is a must. Nothing, and I mean nothing can be heard in the background. My cat had meowed directly into the microphone, no one heard it. My child has screamed so loud from the next room that my ears rang, no one heard it. The only cons I have found are that sometimes the Bluetooth disconnects and won’t reconnect for a while and that the headset won’t leave pairing mode unless I “forget” it under my setting and add it again. Overall for the price, this headset is amazing and better than any other headset I have owned.

Don’t waste your money
UPDATE*. May 11.2022 I was sent a new headset from Amazon. The headset worked great.. at first just like the last time.. the window of return ended on June 10 and as of yesterday June 30 the headset malfunctioned and does not work anymore. I’m back to my wired set that was issued by my employer. This headset is great if you only need it for a month or so. The last one I had lasted a bit longer but still stopped worked shortly after the return window had closed (conveniently enough) $50 is a great price for a wireless work headset but when you only get a month or two out of it, it’s garbage. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money on a better headset, in the end it will be cheaper than wasting $50 for a headset for a month I bought this headset and I loved it… at first. It worked well for the fist 28 days then problems started, it would just randomly disconnect and then the sound issues started, callers could not hear me and what they could hear they described as robotic or distorted mixed with static. After a week or so of battling this issue I had to return to my wired set because this headset completely stopped working. It says it’s connected and paired but no sound can be hear through the headset. Lesson learned, spend a little more money and get a products that will work and last. I tried to return this product but they only will allow a return for 30 days, lucky for them the products works well for about that long so they get out of refunding a garbage product. Trust me, spend a little more and get a better headset, you will regret this purchase

Still Going Strong After 2 Years – Best Headset for Work-from-Home Life!
I've been using the LEVN Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Headset since 2023 for my work-from-home job, and it's easily one of the best tech purchases I've made. The noise cancelling is phenomenal—during a time when there was active construction in my office, my coworkers could only hear me speaking. None of the banging, drilling, or background chaos came through. I also take calls on the go, especially during after-school pickups, and still—no background noise is picked up. It's incredibly reliable. Battery life is another huge win. It easily lasts through even a 12-hour day without needing a recharge. The mute button is well-placed and easy to find by touch, which is a thoughtful and practical design. And whether I’m on a call, listening to audiobooks, or playing music while I work, the sound quality is excellent. The only thing I wish for is the option to buy replacement ear muff covers (the leather-type material has worn over time, which is expected after 2 years of daily use). The headset itself still works like new, so it feels wasteful to have to replace the whole thing for just a worn-out cover. Highly recommended! I've suggested this headset to multiple friends and family members, and I’ll keep doing so. It’s been a game-changer for my productivity and peace of mind.

Almost Perfect - Great Value for Wireless Headset
There's a lot to like with this headset - especially for the price. Worth noting that a more well-known brand name set with the same features would cost perhaps twice as much. I bought this looking for something to replace a wired USB headset that I used for work calls on my laptop. The cushion part was literally falling apart. First off, it's super comfortable. Sometimes after my calls are done I forget I have even have it on for a bit. I was looking for one that sits on a single ear (not stereo - both ears) since I hate feeling like the outside world is muffled when I'm on a call. Second, the noise cancelling works great. Big improvement over my old USB set where I'd have to get the boom microphone just right to avoid having it picking up my breathing (cue the Tae Zonday meme). Folks on the other side of my calls say I'm coming in loud and clear. They sound great as well. Battery life has been great - no issues after 3+ hour calls. I do make a point of putting the set back on the charging base after I'm done, so that helps. Although that does bring me to my one criticism. When resting the headset on the charger base, you absolutely have to be careful to make sure it is seated correctly - the LED light on the base will turn red and you'll hear / feel a little click which is the contact / spring popping in place. Lost count of the number of times I didn't initially have it seated correctly. Another minor gripe. If it's not getting power from the charger or actively in use, it occasionally disconnects from the blue tooth. Outside that, I highly recommend it. Hope the review helps!

Title: Great Sound Quality, Frustrating Charging Issues
Most Recent Update 08/02/2924: I received a replacement for the faulty wireless headset, and it worked well for a few days. Unfortunately, the new unit is now exhibiting the same issue as the original one: it consistently shows a "low battery, please charge" prompt, even when connected to the base. The charging light does not turn red, indicating that it is not charging. Despite the initial good performance, the headset's persistent charging problems make it unreliable. I will be buying a new one from somewhere else. I have attached a video of the current issue. You can hear it repeating low battery please charge, while it is connected to the charger base and will not charge. 1st Updated Review: Great Customer Service Resolved Initial Issue I previously left a review regarding issues with the charging efficiency of this wireless headset. However, I'm pleased to update my review based on the outstanding customer service provided by the seller. After my initial review, the seller reached out to me promptly to address the problem. They acknowledged the issue with the charging and offered to send me a replacement headset at no cost. I appreciated their proactive approach to resolving the issue. Upon receiving the replacement headset, I'm happy to report that it performs significantly better than the original one. The charging efficiency is now much improved, and I haven't encountered any of the previous issues. I would now recommend this wireless headset, not only for its functionality but also for the reliable customer support provided by the seller. Original Review: I purchased this wireless headset in November 2023, primarily attracted by its promised sound quality, and in that regard, it does not disappoint. The audio is crisp and clear, making it a joy to use for music and calls alike. However, the charging experience has been a frustrating ordeal. When I place the headset on the charger, it initially indicates a full charge with a steady blue light. Yet, when I attempt to use the headset shortly after, it suddenly announces a dead battery and powers off. This issue persists until the light turns red, indicating it's actually charging from empty. This inconsistency is not just inconvenient; it's infuriating. For a product that excels in sound quality, the charging reliability falls far short of expectations. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue promptly, as it significantly detracts from an otherwise excellent headset. Pros: - Excellent sound quality for music and calls. Cons: - Unreliable charging behavior; indicates full charge prematurely. - Frustrating cycle of showing fully charged, then immediately indicating dead battery. Recommendation: If you prioritize sound quality and can overlook potential charging hassles, this headset might still be worth considering. However, if reliable charging is crucial for your daily use, you may want to explore other options until this issue is resolved.

Good enough for the price
I’m a work from home mom with a baby, and this Headset has been a lifesaver! You can’t hear background noise if someone’s just talking softly, but if the baby is crying you might hear a little mumbling which honestly still works great for me. The sound is clear, the mic picks up my voice perfectly, and it’s super comfortable to wear during long calls. Definitely worth it!

Good call quality - terrible range!
Good call quality - terrible range. I had a Jabra for many years and it broke and i thoguht i would try this one as it was way cheaper. I was pleasantly surprised that it has a great battery life and clear call quality. The biggest problem is the range. I work from home and often will go into another room while on a call to get a drink, or whatever, and if i walk more than 10' away from my desk , people can't hear me. It's awful. I think i will go back now and get the Jabra as i initially was going to.
