Q: can flex glue be used to repair a roho inflatable neoprene wheelchair cushion?

not sure, they make a tape like duct tape, that might work. The paste is more for sealing cracks.

Q: can you paint after this is applied?

Spray paint might eat the rubber away or anything else that has more of a solvent when you paint I wouldn’t use on this
