Could feel a difference in hair texture after using this filter for hair wash - as we used to get very hard water in our area, now hair feels softer. But not sure how long the filter would work. Need to check and see for next few months to assure about its lifetime.Also installation is simple, and received the appropriate connector upon request. I am using this product from 1 months, very good product for reducing hair fall and dry and ichey skin and very reasonable price. It reduced my hair fall drastically and water quality got very improved. Where we are living water quality was very hard now its quality far better thank u refresha.One more They are giving one extra cartridges also at this price that is very good.There customer support for installations was very helpful.I definitely recommended for refresha water softener.

I ordered this product to fit it to a kolher tap but the default package didn't have the exact connector required for my tap dimensions. I reached out to the customer service via whatsapp as mentioned in the package and they guided me on how to get the accurate dimensions for them to send out the connector. The package arrived promptly as promised and I was also provided the tracking information after my chat. Super refreshing to see such a responsive customer support. The product functions as expected and promised. Highly recommend them.

Customer care is helpful free of cost provided the appropiate connector.Only issue I noticed how to test softness of water. Being engg until unless could not measure don't know how to say it's good or bad . Thought TDS will help to understand the softness. Which is not the case.Editing post after use: water remains hard and it doesn't serve the promise of softening the water.

This is a good product. I can see change in water quality which is visible in hair wash. Doesn't remove too much hardness, but it is sufficient.The seller has been very helpful in sending the adaptor for tap attachment.

My borewell water TDS is 900 after installing the device TDS level is still the same at 900. I don't know how to check the softness I feel the water is the same as before but it is helpful to filter the sand and dust from the water.
