Slim and light
Good little laptop. I use it for hp tuners to tune my truck. I switched from using my apple to this full time. It’s a great little laptop. Battery will drain when not using it but battery life is great when you’re using it

Safe mode and finger smudges...
Really like my little laptop. Needed something to get on line with because I wanted to retire my old laptop from internet to protect my adobe products. I love the color of the laptop but it's a satin finish and oil from fingers are easily transfered to it. Needs to be cleaned of if it bothers you. It cleans right up. The other issue is that it runs in HP's version of a safe mode. It appears that it won't allow certain functions without you taking it out of safe mode. From what I understand, it's purpose is to make the most out of memory available without taxing it with programs that take a lot to run. It gives you a choice when you run into a situation safe mode won't allow. You can switch off safe mode. But I haven't. It's pretty nice the way it is. Just be aware, this laptop has built in limits.

S Mode with Microsoft Edge
I have used this for personal use for about a year now and all is still well. The only issue is that it is in S mode and if you remove it from S mode then you lose the Microsoft Office license. With it in S mode you can only install Microsoft products, so you are stuck using Microsoft Edge as a browser. I have gotten used to it and have no complaints about the durability or functionality.

Size is just right
I use it at work while on the road. Just need a basic laptop with no bells and whistles that packs up with little room. Great for general surfing and watching movies. Very happy with it!

Upset and No longer content
I have been using this for about a couple months now and I love it!! It's very lightweight and serves its purpose. It's also very attractive and sleek looking. The only thing I could say is that, I definitely wished they offered it in a larger size because, I'd definitely purchase!!Update: August 22, 2022It is literally falling apart. It literally was clipped together without any adhesive, screws or anything to hold it together. Imagine a Lego build but, alot less durable. My laptop stays in the house in my room and has since i got it. It slid not fell.....SLID off my bed onto the floor. I kid you not my bed is definitely less than a foot off the floor. It slid off the bed hit the carpeted floor and the casing busted open. I had to click all the framing back together. Held together with nothing but, thoughts and prayers.June 20th, 2024Yeah, after I clipped it back together it regularly fell back apart with minor and delicate touches or movements. Even the portions of the screen that allow it to close had dislocated to themselves. I gave up on it all together and got a new laptop. 100% don’t buy.

Save up.
Good luck with even having a smooth web browser experience without wiping the OS and installing Linux Mint. Too lightweight to recommend to anyone, even considering the price. Not worth the trouble, but if you're desperate, you can at least have one tab of Firefox open to play around with Google Docs.

Great for a cheap lappy
If all you need is a laptop on your coffee table to browse the web on something bigger then your phone, it is perfect. I have tossed on a couple versions of linux as well for fun. It is no powerhouse, but more then enough for the web and the dink around with. super lightweight and just "handy" to have around for when you want to pull up a youtube for more then one person to watch.
