Baked some applesauce raisin cake in these pans and they baked up well. Then after they cooled I just had to tip the pan and tap it on the bottom and the cake almost 'jumped out'! Very nice.

Scratch marks without using any tools
After only 1 time using the pan and just pouring the cake into the pan. Once the cake was baked and the cake was taken off the pan was there scratch marks and the coating of the pan came off. This is very dangerous since the coating is now in the product.

Does the work
I am a bread baker and I use them to make my seeded breakfast bread. They look quit small but they can handle a lot. I like they came by 2. I am using them everybody week and they are really study, and easy to clean.
