Cheapest one so far
I've replace my aging Deepcool Mealstorm 240mm with this one, my 6 core Intel run cooler and quieter with this MSI 360mm.Everything is as per decription, its does have AM5 and LGA1700 brackets. One note thou, with the design of the pump, it is better to mount it vertical (in front of the case) rather than the horizontal (on top of the case) to have good longevity. The cooling block rotary design is a good design you can orient to your liking.

Do not buy. Research reviews and see why
I regret not listening to the reviews of this cooler when I bought it. I chose it because it was the cheapest in the market when I was looking for a 360mm AIO cooler and I own a MSI motherboard, so I thought the quality is rest assured to be good. I was wrong. It absolutely did not perform like a 360mm water cooler. On idle, my temps are on average 55 to 60 degrees Celsius. CPU temps reach 90 degrees just by opening apps like Chrome. I had to severely undervolt my Ryzen 7 5800x just so it could reach normal temperatures of 50 degrees. Even then it still reaches 80+ degrees, 90 when benchmarking. While the benchmarking temps are normal, it definitely is NOT normal when just browsing youtube, etc.The RGB on one of the fans broke as well after just a month's use. Half of the LEDs are stuck in one color and cannot be controlled anymore. When you search for reviews about this cooler, they all share the same issue which is dirt in the liquid or something along the lines of that. The very tiny fins in the copper heatsink that directly contacts the CPU is clogged by some sort of water-growing bacteria/algae, making heat transfer from the copper to the liquid less effective. This is a quality control issue from MSI and it has not been fixed since release. If you own one, you can go to their website and see if you can apply for a replacement. Their website says I don't qualify for one.I decided to not cheap out anymore and bought an NZXT Kraken Z73. No regrets on the extra cost. Idle temps are 40 degrees Celsius and goes as low as 30. Under the highest load I can give it (Cinebench R20) It reaches max 85 degrees.Unfortunately, it's too late for me to refund this. After upgrading my PC, I was about to be an MSI fanboy and buy all MSI parts. But now, I'm most likely never going to consider any MSI products in the future anymore.
