Folding Storage Box That Doubles As A Stepstool

I loved the shape of this box and the fact that it could be used as a stepstool. It worked really well between the seats in our RV and could be used for storage. But....beware, it can’t hold a lot of weight. I don’t think I had a lot in it but lifting it out of the way one time the bottom broke! It’s worthless now. There are only 2 weak plastic pieces making a hinge on the bottom and one of them snapped off. It was perfect for a while and Ican’t find anything to replace it with. Guess I’ll buy another and not depend on it for storage. Sad.

I bought this to work out of. I'm a cable lineman, and we have to work underground systems. I put my tools and meters into it, and the bottom fell out as I was walking to the job. On the next job, I expected the bottom to fall out, and it did. What I didn't expect was the complete failure and collapse, dumping me unceremoniously on the ground. My coworker thought it was funny. I didn't. If you weigh more than 200 pounds, don't trust it to sit or stand on. It isn't safe.

I wanted something to keep my rain boots in so I didn't have to deal with them inside the house. This storage box works great by keeping my boots dry and accessible right outside my back door. Love it

You can't stand on it. Sitting is maybe OK. Hard to get off the thing as it is coming apart. It is now in pieces and in the landfill.

This didn’t last long. The bottom kept falling out. Unless you’re not going to move it much you might want to think twice. It doesn’t hold much weight.

I requested the orange storage box and I received green.
