Allows me to control the temperature in the oven
Easy to fit and works well. Without this attachment, it would be pure guesswork to understand what temperature the omnia is working at. What I have found is that the gas needs to be lower than I expected and I need to be patient when allowing the oven to come up to operating temperature, it is very easy to 'over-heat' the oven and risk getting burnt food.
