Hay distintos modelos en función del grosos de los cristales que quieras limpiar. Yo me confundí y compré el de cristales finos. Lo metí en un armario y me olvidé de él durante casi 2 años. Pues después de esos 2 años, lo probé y como no me servía, me puse en contacto con la empresa vendedora por si me lo podrían cambiar. Pues muy sorprendido gratamente. Tan solo me pidieron fotos para comprobar que el mío no estaba roto y me mandaron el nuevo a casa (para cristales más anchos) a los 3 días. Logicamente les envié el viejo. El contacto fue a través de e-mail y fue estupendo: contestaciones rápidas, concisas y resolviendo mi problema. Repito: después de casi 2 años.En cuanto al aparato: es muy útil para limpiar ventanas por la parte exterior. Los imanes son muy potentes y el que pones en la parte de fuera, lleva una cuerda para engancharte al dedo, por si se despegara y así no se cae.

You get what you pay for. Definitely applies in this case (I consider the product expensive). I live in central London and my windows consist of two parts that open vertically without giving me the ability to reach the outward parts (top and bottom). This product did the trick for the bottom one. Definitely recommend it. This company has done its research for sure. Don't shy away from paying. For the top outward part I used the traditional cleaning rod but if I had a small magnet, which could fit between the windows while I lifted the bottom part, I wouldn't even need that.

Got it yesterday and today washed my first window. It's a single glass window and I chose the according model S1. It seems that it was a good choice as it would probably be too hard to drag it across the window if the magnets were stronger.They recommend the cleaning order is squeegee - microfiber cloth, but as my windows were really dirty, I had to wash them more thoroughly with the microfiber and then squeegee them again. The result is solid very clean, there seems to be some dirt still at the sides of the window, but maybe I'm still to master the art.

I used this for my balcony windows which can't be opened, only slid to the side. I've previously tried long handles and trying to get enough force to clean at an angle, it used to take ages and the results weren't great. This actually works! I did use an extra cloth to buff up some areas of the window afterwards, but this tool most of it. I'm beyond pleased. Do make sure you get the right strength on the magnet for your windows!
