It is trash. Looks like fake. Think twice before buying this model.
Update:Finally this vacuum is dead evenly we use it very rare… after 1 year and 2 months. It’s not Germany quality. It’s low quality of china… very low quality of materials, how it’s work and finally its stop working… KARCHER company refuse to help me with it.I’m trying to use this vacuum 1 year already. But. Working bad! Don’t suck properly, doesn’t collect dust, made of bad quality materials. Don’t like it at all. Vacuum cleaner hose is made from cheap plastic that is cracked….. brush is bad. Everything is bad in this model. Looks like it is not original or it is not Karcher.My mistake is that I did not return it when I got it.I gave it many chances but always returned to my old vacuum cleaner…

Bad quality
The machine broke after 1,5 months use. I sent it back to the seller for repair under warranty. Apparently the warranty doesn’t cover the motor which was found out to be broken. I was asked to pay for the repairs myself. I complained both to the seller and Amazon with no result. This is not the quality I was expecting from this brand. I recommend not to buy this product.

Only as good as the after-sales service
be careful - you cannot find the dust-bags for this specific model and it is not featured in the official Karcher store. Works great yes - but what does one do when you need to replace the blue filter-bag or the paper dust-bag? Not to be found anywhere. I will have to import from Europe at great expense.

How w do in arrange for a pickup so that you can have a look at it. Stoped working and this is a good brand would expect it to work for at least 1 month
