This grate really is heavy duty and fits perfectly in our barrel pit.

We needed a new grate for our firepit, which is heavily used. Our old one just started falling apart. Saw this on Amazon and it came in a timely manner and is super heavy duty. It should last for a very long time. Very impressed and satisfied with this.

This fit like a glove and allows air flow underneath the fire-logs etc-so it burns thoroughly and easily.This a follow up to my original review-everything I said is correct-but we ended up sending this back as it started to rust. I contacted the seller and they indicated this is to be expected as I didn't purchased the finished steel product that they sell. But now after I have returned this item I can no longer find their finished product! They are either sold out or no longer carry this item. Which would obviously be most frustrating to say the least! I posted this question so let's see what kind of answer I get. If indeed they no longer carry the finished product-i just wasted lugging this 30lb item back to the UPS store and being charged for shipping as well as restocking fees! :-( I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for a positive answer!

Looks well enough made. Sturdy. Should do the job.The "high heat" coating however is razor thin and not durable at all. It already had scratches exposing shiny bare steel when it came out of the box.

Good quality and good value for money.

This grate fits my 55 gal. burn barrel perfectly. It was easy to assemble and very heavy & sturdy. Should last a long time.

Crap does not hold up ton heat well. The welds broke

It was a perfect fit and it works great.
